Yea, One hour nap after lunch would be awesome. It has nothing to do with going to bed early or late. my body simply needs time to digest lunch.

No. They say power-napping is good, but I've never been a napper. It usually takes me at least 1/2 hour to fall asleep, so an hour's naptime during the day would be more an annoyance to me than a relief.

No, but I would work one hour longer if it meant I got a couple hours off on Fridays.

I would work an hour longer if they translated that into a four day work week, that is have Fridays or MOndays off.
