I love Tool,A Perfect Circle,AFI,NIN, Type O Negative...what other deep and dark bands can i listen to?

Avenged Sevenfold Waking The Fallen Album only I love the guitar solos on City of Evil but M. Shadows should have never got soft once they signed with Warner Bros.

I Brought You My Bullets,You Brought Me Your Love cause to me this is when they were still nobodies in the industry and it is often when you are trying to prove something you put forth your best effort and to me though it lyrically is like watching a cartoon it is a great first effort from a band that will only get better.
Notable Mentions:
Disturbed fell off a little since Down With The Sickness but still good
Kitty: Been awhile for them but good stuff
Even though this is a goodie goodie Christian band Flyleaf has excellent energy but she can get preachy when singing so if you are one that is prone to having your skin attempt to burst into flames do not listen to this.

try listening to some of the ancient guys that started Goth... The Cure, the Smiths, early depeche mode... etc.... they're not half bad... and quite Emo.

ok well im not emo or gothic, but i listen to Tool, Nine Inch Nails, APC, Korn, Deftones, Slipknot, Manson. thats all i can think of with deep and dark bands but mabye smashing pumpkins and sonic youth i love them both.. im more into metal
