I need help, I am a 27 yr old female and I am 100 lbs overweight. I really want to loose weight, but I can't afford a Trainer and I don't know what I am doing when I am in a gym. Is there anyone in the Orange County, CA area who would like to help me out?

ok, girl ask the gym if they have a on hand trainer. usually you dont have to pay extra for that. or at least they can starts you off on the right track.
also stop driniking sodas even if they are diet.
i stop drinking sodas in january and have already lost 20 lbs just from not drinking them. its hard, i know about around feb, i would get sick if i drank them.
drink lots and lots of water, juice, and even tea. i even forced myself to drink tea without sugar. it tastes bad but it is better for you. and no coffee. not even a shot of it.
i still drink alcohol on weekends occasionally and am still losing weight, and i dont go to the gym. i walked three times a week in the park, walking in circles trying to do from 3 to 5 miles each time. i also go dancing alot with friends. i get to sweat, have a great time, and next day my legs are killing me from the heels but i feel awesome.

You don't need a trainer. You can do it. For the gym part, do mostly cardio excercises, like say, 20min on bike, 15 min on stepper, 20 min on tread mill, and do 3 sets of 10 on abs to start, gradually build up to more. Drink tons of water, drinking more water alone can help you lose weight. Try and snack on fruits and veggies, and most importantly, don't get discouraged. Sometimes it takes a while for people to lose weight, so even if you only loose a few pounds here and their at first, it will slowly add up. My friend just plateaued for 3 weeks, but stuck it out, and the weight has started coming off again. Good luck.

Search online for reference to "Lemonade Diet" or "Ph Miracle" or the book "Master Cleanse" by Stanley Burroughs. It's a very safe and effective method for loosing weight and it has worked for multiple members of my family. The book is something like 50 pages and will cost you about $5. The diet is essentially a fast, but you don't feel hungry thanks to the alkalizing effect of lemon. You essentially drink a solution of water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and a dash of cayenne pepper all day + sea sault & water in the morning. Do check out a book or an online reference, since there are other things you need to know, such as how to safely "get off" the fast. Good luck. It really does work. Just try a drink of lemon juice, water, and maple syrup - you'll see that your hunger will be supressed for at least 30 minutes.

If you join a gym with classes they will walk you through everything. I'm happy that you've decided to have a better life.
