I love Halloween, definitely Friday the 13th, The Exorcits is okay...and i hated the Night of the Lving Dead because it didn;t make sense to me. I also love the Boogieman(the new one) that was a great movie and if you watch the show Supernatural it has the older brother on the movie. DO you like Scissorman?

I'm a big fan of the classic horror movies (Dawn of the Dead, Exorcist, etc) but I have to say one of the best horror flicks I've seen is "Final Destination" (1 or 2) these movies manage to stick to the formula of classic horror flick, but still manage to breath a little freshness into the genre. There are still several parts where I want to clutch my chest in anticipatory pain. Although Dawn of the Dead (the newest version) gave me the creeps for a week after wards, and I'm not really squeamish.

So it a cross between Final Destination and Dawn of the Dead.

Hard to beat the original Halloween.

I also liked the original "The Fog", campy, but pretty good.

Also, I've always considered Jaws a scary movie, and a damned good one.

Oh, and "Fright Night" is definitely an underrated vamp flick.

There was this movie I saw when I was a teenager and I can't remember the name of it (this was in the 80's) but it scared the living daylights out of me... it was about this guy that changed into this creature and was chasing these people through a forest and on the video rental box it had a statement that they bet you couldn't sit through the last 45 minuntes of the movie without screaming or covering your eyes... it was the creepiest movie I have seen to this day.
