I went to school for graphics Design and have experience in working in a photo lab and inventory control in a warehoue envrionment. WOuld I be abe to move there and find a place to stay and work with four thousand dollars?

$4,000 would definitely get you started here. I have a friend with a degree in Graphic Design, however, and she's had a hard time finding work in her field that pays more than $10-14/hour to start. I came with much less than that and worked it out, so you can too. Seattle is a great place!!
