I think that the other Answerers have misread the question as teaspoons. According to the Irish National Rain Cloud Observers Corp, there are, plus or minus, 7.4 percent, 34,275,376, or if you wish to have it in teaspoons, 133,765,028. They have also estimated it in tea cups: 22,658,301..........

depends a lot on how dense your average rain cloud is ,,,,
then you need a precision made table spoon
and a very nifty scientist to catch each drop
over a given time.
This would require much energy and sweat
which may nullify the results . Oh dear.....
