I don't speak English very well so i'm sorry for mistakes. i would like to know about Canada, is it part of what? For example: britishes isles? Is it a subordination of canada to Englad?
I hope that you understand my question because i 'd like know about it.

Thanks for the answers, but i heard that the english royal family is the same of canada and Australia, so what i mean is why is that/ i know that they are independents but why is the same family, is it only for historical reasons? tahnk a lot for the answers

canada's its own country although technically the queen is still the head of state, we have a parliament and politicians that govern our society the queen is now more of a figure head. it used to be that canada had to ask the british kingdom to change laws and stuff but pierre trudeau changed that when he brought the charter of rights and freedoms to canada. now a representitve of the queen just signs any new laws that we've decided on.

Canada is a constitionaly monarchy which means a monarch is Head of State. Currently it is the Queen of England who is also Queen of Australia, New Zealand, and many other of the former British territories.. We, however do have a different Prime MInister. The queen has no real power in Canada, but she doesn't really have power in the UK either. Votre Anglaise est tres bien.

The British Empire is what I remember from school. Australia was also a part of it with Islands somewhere. Its been awhile so look in the internet ;under British Empire.

no canada has nothing to do with the uk but australia used to be ruled by the british but not any more.
