991.34 miles driving would take approx 15 hours and 41 minutes if you drive without stopping

Well, my first instinct is to Google Maps it.

Go to http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d , type in the two locations and Get Directions. Of course, if you want to know how many miles as-the-crow-flies, then I'd pull out a map, get a ruler, and estimate it using the map's key.

Hope that helps!

Have you ever tried using mapquest.com for driving directions?? they give you all the details. And you can even elect to avoid highways/interstates for less traffic and better scenery.
