if you make sure to loosen her up and warm it up before you go sticking it in there because it makes it a lot easier for penetration
use a lot of lube, etc. for the first few times she should see the better side of anal sex because it really can be pleasurable for the female as well

Honestly, you can't! Anal sex for women is very painful. Not sure about men :). But when it comes to anal sex for it not to be painful your partner needs to be very relaxed, if not relaxed then lost of pain can result. So let her be, it is OK for her not to allow that.

If she truly hates it don't push her into having anal sex. Try other position that she would enjoy.

and it is dangerous too. The lining of the rectum is a extremely sensitive area and if that is ruined, they will be in diapers for the rest of their lives and in serious pain too. It isn't a laughing matter. You have to lubricate well and very well for this and there usually is alot of pain involved if it isn't done right.
If they don't want to do this, then don't. You'll be glad you didn't.

You can't make her OK with it. Why don't you try talking with her to see exactly what she finds hatefully unpleasant then you can ask a question that people could give helpful answers to. If you have trust and communication and she loves you then she will want to please you.
