1--not very much, certainly less than $30000 per year.
2--a little more than 1
3--about the same as 2
4--more than 1, 2, and 3 combined, but not what they are now.

I think that all these are dependant on skill!! So it really depends on how good you are at what you do.
For example how much would you pay a doctor that saved your life when no other could?
If you were a studio executive and you had a star that every movie they were in turnde to gold how much are they worth when they are making billions for your company and they are extending your brand? Anyway for measureable terms
--Football players should be paid for each game they win maybe $7,000 dollars, then proceeds of ticket sales and meorabila sales.
--Movie Actors proceeds of profits from there production. and $100 a hour shooting plus hazard pay if they are doing anything dangerous.
--Female Model $75 dollars an hour while preparing and then working. Pay should increase with seeing that sales are increasing because of them

150 thousand they're way over paid
100 thousand they do nothing but pursue what they like anyway
75 thousand don't eat, sleep and really don't do nothing
200 thousand went to school for a long time, needs to keep up with medications and has the frigging Government tell him what to do and how many patients he can see.

A doctor should get paid more than the others but sadly that is not the case.
