is there a way to scan a photo on my scanner and send it to someone through my computer in an e-mail. i am very new at this and don't have the knowledge to know how to do this any help would be appreciated.

scan the snap you wanna send. Once the snap is scanned, u shall have several options like, brightness, contrast, save etc. Save the snap on your computer hard drive. Once saved, you can attach the snap to the e-mail and send it. Easy huh!

You first need to scan the photo.. save to a file and then upload to your email.. save to my images and then voila

use the microsoft scanning wizard, then crop it, then save it, then attach it.
