I'm sorry for your troubles. Do you have any responsible adults who can help you and your Mom? Any relatives or if you go to church the pastor or youth pastor? Or friends or neighbors. Find someone who you feel safe to talk with.
& Pray to God for help. If you don't know Him, find a bible and read about Him. He loves you.
Hope you will be ok. God Bless -

Why don't you talk to your mom about you and her finding another place to live and maybe you transfering to another school. You can still have your old friends and the good thing is you'll meet a few new ones and you will feel safety for you and your mom. If you can't move, then go together to buy new locks on the house and I strongly recamend dead bolts.... they are worth it. And make sure before you both go to bed that all doors and windows are locked and secured tightly. If you can afford it, get an alarm system put in and make sure you and your mom always activate it and that noone and I mean noone has the code but you and her. Good luck and Blessed be.

dont worry i dont think ur crazy,i think ur reaction is perfectly normal.right now, take a deep breath, and breath it out slowly.now,i would talk to ur mom about it.the best way is for u guys to move, but if thats out of the question right now then i would suggest getting a lava lamp, glitter lamp,or stactic lamp.i have a stactic lamp and it lights up my room when its dark in pink green, and blue.not only is it pretty, but i can see my room better and things arent so scary.also,i would get a stuffed animal that u can go to sleep with.im 13 and i sleep with my favorite stuffed animal and it helps.lol,i kno im too old for that but oh well.hope this helps and i hope ur situation gets better.(id also get some lavender oil that will help u get to sleep faster.u can buy it at any health store and just put a few drops on ur pillow every night.)

You've been a victim of violence. The term we use here is shock.
It takes a few days to get over this. Rationality works, but that won't happen until you get a chance to take a breather.
Try not to think about it much. Think about other things that are more important. This will help alot.

how about asking your mother to move some place else. in a new place, you won't see him or have to worry about him because he won't know where you guys are. and if you really think he is going to do something and your lives are in danger, tell your mother to take out a restraining order on him.

you are doing what you should and need to do.....talk about it, get it off your shoulders, do not carry this around with you. the more you talk about it the more you let it go....stay strong, you are not crazy and you will not go crazy, but do not keep it inside.
