Well, the "why should we hire you?" question is a favorite among employers. And when they say "tell me a little about yourself", stick to professional answers like skills you have, schooling, things like that. They don't want to know how many brothers and sisters you have or how old you are. (Made that mistake once). Mostly just dress well (dark colors are better), be on time (about 10 to 15 min early), speak clearly, and always thank the person for their time afterwards. Don't broach the subject of money until the position has been officially offered to you. Sit up straight, smile, shake hands firmly. These things will make you memorable in a good way. Good luck!

when they ask what your weaknesses are... try to make the weakness a positive. take something simple from the past and show how the weakness taught you something, for example. also, dont just answer questions with yes or no... elaborate a little... be friendly (even though u may be nervous). look good, presentable... first impressions are always big with prospective employers. they should see that from your application you havent worked before... if you were involved in school clubs or anything make that known. when (and if) you are asked about your skills, if you are new to the tasks of the job, let them know you have good people skills and are a quick learner. (since it is tim horton's i know they have computer systems for the ordering and cashiering stuff, let them know you are good with computers as well). keep the conversations professional, DONT talk about boyfriends, what your wearing tomorrow, the stuff you say to your friends. show that you are flexible in your hours. dont say you need friday or saturdays off... employers dont like that much. i hope some of this helped. good luck.

Well Tim Horton is a tricky fellow. Be sure to dress as a clown since he has a humor fetish, and make him lots of pancakes filled with blueberries and chocolate chips.
During the interview, do handstands and give your unicycle-riding pet bear as a reference multiple times. Tell Tim that you're very dependable and your Kool-Aid is never EVER homeslice.

They will probably ask you your strengths and weaknesses. What your best qualities are as an employee. Where you see yourself in the company in a few years (they MIGHT has this question...some do and some don't). Tell us about yourself (this is sorta open-ended, so keep it short & sweet).
Good luck!!!
