I was just wondering when you do telekinesis, do you have to hold out your hand and slowly move it up? I know you have to clear your mind and only think about the object in flight. Is there more I should know?

Just think about what you want to do and concentrate. I never hold out my hand when I want to do something with my mind. I type better this was also.

Telekinesis involves quite a few more things than just floating something. There is a process called triggering which is tied in with hand movements. The idea behind it is to tie certain hand movements to what you wish to accomplish. You would want to pick hand signals/movements that you don't usually use.

Telekinesis is not through hand gesture. It is using the energies of the mind to will it to move. The hand movement merely acts as an effect to to the acts of willing something to move.Yes there is also the need to know the extend of your gift. If you overuse it , you will diminished its capacity and it will vanish away. Remember its not the hands that moves but the mind tha willed it so. Remeber yours is not a Gift but obtained through training. There is a chance of failure. So keep an open mind.

i usually hold something else pointed out toward the object i'm moving, but it sure ain't my arm or hand.
