Hmmm...interesting question...and interesting section.
Philosophically? Let's think about this...
I'm gonna go with Lips, lemme tell you why...philosophically speaking:
Let's consider Hips, well, they are one factor that certainly gives us our body movement.
In a club?Dancing?Hell yeah
But lips...
Well now they serve us in so many ways...they create the words which are the origins of our languages. Without our lips self-expression through language cannot exist. In the wider spectrum of things, lips create words, words create language, language creates communication and communication connects the entire world.
Secondly, lips create a kiss and the way in which we kiss someone says so much without saying anything at all.
Think about it, a simple peck, a longer kiss holding their gaze for that split second...a little bit more...
Well now that could lead to many things but the point is that it starts with our lips.
Lips are also one of the central aspects of our facial expressions.
Biting your lip could mean that your nervous. Pursing your lips could mean that your determined or stubborn.
All that without a word...
Hmmm, now you know, philosophically, why Lips....damn, I'm gonna go with lips.
Then again...a playa would.

In regard to philosophy?
Hips cradle life. Therefore hips.
If you have this in the wrong area, then I would say lips with lips while holding hips.

Definitely lips. Lips are sensuos. There are a lot of nerve endings on the lips. So to kiss and be kissed is enticing, sexy, enjoyable ,and torridly passionate.
