Seems that high stress levels may cause this when you get really angry, could be from day to day occurences or just how you may react to how people make you feel.
Some peoples reaction to anger tends to make there veins stand out more then usual, higher blood pressure (very common) Im pretty sure though its your adrenaline.
Sometimes if it rushes through your body to fast it can cause mild dizzieness, small blackout, or in your case vomiting.
I know when Im in the Weight room, and I want to lift or bench more weight then I can usually bench I get really pissed off, and I make my self extremely angry at the weight so I can become stronger faster.
I think what you should do is feed this anger on to something physical so you maybe you wont throw up, it could help.
I hope this helped.

It's most likely the stress induced by your emotional state.Stress either physical or emotional can cause secretion of cortisol or even excess stomach acids.Either one under the right conditions can cause you to vomit. If you get upset try to regain control over your breathing to help offset some of these reactions and help calm your mind as well.Adrenaline (epinephrine) can also have a similar effect. This too can be controlled with your breathing.

I had this problem. I was in a job where I could not say what I meant or felt, so I had to bubble it up inside. On the rare occasion when I lost my temper, I would have to get away into a toilet and actually throw up. As soon as I retired from that 'Job', I no longer had to hold it in. People who knew me before could not believe when I vented my spleen at them. However, I have not had the trouble since...................

May want to consider something taking place a few years ago that caused you to have implanted an emotional trigger into you subconscious mind. It could have stemmed from early childhood. You may find an answer in a group found in Google. If interested, contact me.

Anger causes some sort of stress reaction in your body. You should see a doctor to see if your endocrine function is ok. If not, you can take medication to calm you down and delay the vomiting.

because of nerves. Instead of standing up you seem like an intersive person. maybe you should yell, scream, or shout. cause it's not doing too good for your stomach and ulcers.

Anxiety. Speak to your doctor who may refer you for psychological counselling [counseling for my American cousins]. I'm not being facetious with that statement. I'm deadly serious. It's something that's affecting your life.
