Why is having the Moon in Capricorn unfavorable?

I've heard that for women it's not good to have a Capricorn Moon. In fact there was one website that said that Capricorn is the worst possible sign to have as a Moon sign.

Traditional, classical and medieval astrologers classify the Moon in Capricorn as being in detriment according to the essential dignities and essential debilities set forth by the astronomer Ptolemy and the astrologer William Lilly.

In detriment means that a planet is deposited in the sign opposite to it's ruler. Capricorn is opposite to Cancer on the zodiac wheel, so having the Moon placed in that sign is said to be in detriment. If a planet is in detriment is doesn't work as well as if it was in it's own sign which is 180° away from it.

The Moon in Cancer is in it's own domicile or sign of rulership and therefore in dignity.

That's why I hate those astro websites. They do more harm than good most times, especially if people rely on what they say. Depends on your chart and where in your chart and what aspects it makes. And where is Saturn, because that rules Capricorn. I mean, if you believe that Capricorn moon is "the worst," that would be the same as saying your mother was the worst. Because the moon in your chart also tells of your mother, and what kind of person she is. And a lot of other things. You have to look at everything.
