I wouldn't want anyone I know to see me on a bike you step-through! my question is a matter of opinion, not safety! sorry for not going into detail.

I think if I owned a Silverwing, purple or any other color, I'd be waiving a rainbow flag. It isn't even dignified enough to be called a chick bike.

The silverwing is quite possibly the most feminine, most fruity, gayest thing on two wheels. I say "quite possibly" because the only thing that is more of a chick bike is the Harley 883. The Harley 883 comes straight from the factory with a rainbow sticker proudly affixed to it. Its a 2 wheeled advertisement saying that you like it in the rear.

I ride alot without a helmet, Shorts, T-Shirt, Sandels, I break all the rules, But thats me! I also been riding 40 safe years(k.o.w.) I took the MC class for 5% off my ins. I had more miles under my belt that the teacher :)
Why, Do you think purple is a safer color?
Gray and silver matches the road the best and I feel they are the hardest to see on the road, Red is my color choise to be seen.
We talk about this often on my group.

Whats really the difference between day and night? I would never go out without a helmet. Get a purple and black helmet to match.

No never!! I would get the coolest helmet to match my ride. Sould some idiot cut me off and throw my balance out at least I wouldn't completely lose my head when it meets the pavement.

I would not operate any two wheeled motor vehicle without a helmet. You can get just as dead in the day as you can at night.

I'd get a matching helmet.

Been to court too many times to argue the helmet law. Answer is, I suppose.

If you wore a full face helmet, you wouldn't have to worry about your friends or others knowing who you are and you'll also be safer

If I aspired to live my life as a quadrapelegic. Or possibly not continue to live at all. Or maybe just brain damaged. Why would anyone take those chances?

Only if I wanted my brains splattered across the road.
