well alrightey then! ^ Apples , Grapes, Plums, carrots, celery, Trader Joe's sesame crackers with no sugar, A few! non fat plain yogurt with a few fresh Cherry's or a couple of garden strawberries in them! no broccoli! i like garden cauliflower , It just kind of depends what my needs are and what will wet my appetite. and once in a while when i am good a carrot bar with a good cup of coffee! :^)
