How do I make uniforms look unique?

Uniforms consist of...
* Polo shirts that are gray, white, navy blue or green.
* Loose fitting jeans, khakis or black pants or skirts with no embellishments or chains
* A belt

The school has turned communist, and I like to be unique. I want to stick out, even with a uniform. Any suggestions?

Wear big, bright white jewelry with your navy polo. The white will stand out against the navy and look cute. You can also try wearing 60's inspired scarves or headbands in your hair. You can also try using ribbons and bows to tie ponytails or pigtails or as a bracelet, necklace, or belt. If you're allowed to carry a bag, bring a big, unique bag that no one else has (check eBay or other online stores). Wear leggings with your skirt- now they have them in all different patterns and colors. Get a few pairs of cute flats with funky patterns, like leopard print or polka dots. I used to go to a school where we had to use uniforms, I used these to look different and stand out. Hope they work for you!

Look dear, the very reason scools keep uniforms is that u r in uniformity i.e so that u dont stand out.Anyhow ur description of the uniform tells me that u hv more colors n variety than some scool uniforms that i kno.At least u get to wear jeans ,skirts....etc.In sum scools they jst hv a navy blu or grey pinafore n wite shirt with belt,soks,shoes...things like that.So considering that ur lucky.Forget abt stickin out and wait to get out of scool n then u l never hv to wear a uniform!!

earrings
braclets
scarfs tied around your hair
if wearing a skirt knee high socks or leggings
layering tops!!
really cute unique shoes
or what ever else you can come up with..
even these small things can really make u stand out if everyone less is dreesed up the same!!!~ just try not to go over the top.. do a few accesories at a timee not all at once..

I wonder if you would be allowed to change the color/style of your hair dramatically every day!? If you also got nice polo shirts, you could add a broach or even a scarf just to add something to your outfit. I don't know their stance on jewelry either but what about just getting some fabulous chunky peices that make you stand out? Good luck!

The purpose of a uniform is not not be unique.

If you truly want to stick out, then simply don't wear a uniform...

Or you could realize the being unique is in your heart and mind.

Fight or accept...but remember, chose your fights wisely.
Sometimes it's not worth it, as life is much larger than what you wear to school.

Your uniform won't be able to, through definition, seem "unique." You, even with the undeniable fact that, can make your self seem unique through careful decision of upload-ons. once you've a range of trainers, get some patterned talk or trucks. that is advisable to do something exciting on your hair also. and evidently, earrings is continuously a sturdy thanks to reveal your own flavor.

Customize your belt with rhinestones, or glitter. You could get an iron-on patch for the polo shirt, and you could add patches of glitter on black pants or jeans, that would look cool. Put on badges, and add ribbons and diamante' to your jeans and pants. That would look pretty cool if you ask me.

go to Claire's and ad jewelry get a cool belt were the skirt with any of the t- skirts so u will have 2 stand out with some jewelry

Try layering you uniforms with longer sleeves. Put cute flower clips in your hair to draw attention away from your uniform.
