Clearly the usual definition of assassination is murder because of the office held. I think in Iraq any government employee can be assassinated.

Pretty damn important, if I was you unless you are killed in a random shooting, are your in the wrong place at the wrong time then you arent important enough for a contract killing. Hope nothing happens to you!
