When you make 'On-the-go' playlists on your iPod, it's automatically put onto iTunes as 'On-the-go-1'. This happens when you have your iPod set to automatic update. You can change the name by double clicking on the name.

yes it is. Just type your question into the google search box, also add on for PC or MAC on the end, depending which computer you own. You will find tonnes of apps to do this. A lot of them are free.
