(having lived 33yrs in this same situation) GIVE IT UP. He will never change. I have begged, pleaded, nagged, gone to counseling - and on and on to get my husband (nice guy -yada yada yada) to be more sexually active/attentive- whatever -- NO SUCH LUCK. Now I am older and more fearful of starting over -- but am hoping to divorce soon and find the person who more fits my needs - because -- if he hasn't by now -- guess what - he is NOT going to! -- I am lonely now -- so what will be the difference when I divorce -- at least I will have a Chance to find the right partner!!! Good Luck!

How long have you been married? Most men lose thier "procreate" stage after just a few years with the same woman. Now keep in mind this has nothing to do with you at all. Mens hormones tell them they must make as many offsprings with as many woman as possible. After they have attempted they move on its just nature. It does not mean he is cheating or anything else, just had all ready planted his seed. Try new and different things in bed, surprise him under his work desk, just spice things up a little he will come around.

There could be several reasons-
how many hours a day does he work
how many days a week does he work
does he get enough sleep
does he sleep well
does he have lots of worries
does he have a low sex drive
You should be asking him all these questions, but dont blame yourself, because these situations can creep up slowly and you dont really notice them gaining on you! Talk to him, and best wishes to you both.

If you've had children perhaps he's finding it difficult to see you as his mistress but only sees you as a mother.
Freya T. has certainly got a point. Men don't get better because they shun coming to terms with their physical problems, even admitting there's a sex breakdown is too hard for them. So, good luck, you're in for a lot of loneliness.

is it possible that when is bed, he asks for certain pleasures, and you deny him by giving an excuse, yet still making love to him........but just not the way he wants? how long have you been married? if it has not been long, say 3 years or less, he may be a little shy about certain things. ask him, take him on a long road trip, that way he can not just get out of the car, and start talking.

This reminds me of a situation that occurred 7 years ago when I was still with my wife.

She neglected our relationship for the entire first series of 'Sex and The City' and then after the final episode she wanted to kiss and make up.

We got divorced when I learned she was also a whore.

If he has always been this way, then this is just his personality. If it's changed recently - he could be stressed out, or having an affair, or bored with marriage, or clinically depressed. Not enough info to go on.

You should ask your husband this question. Maybe he thinks there is enough physical love and doesn't know you want more.

Also you can get physical with him on your own. Get crazy with him.

Have fun

Because he is relaxed with you and possibly has a low sex drive. I would like to know what age he is. Whta you have to decide is how much physical attention per weeek you require
