I'd say get the guy a vintage poster of Farrah Faucette! That should have been something he would remember from the mid 60's....or a model of the car he always wanted! Anything from the 60-70's...will take him back down memory lane.

If he LOVES to shop, give him a giftcard for his favorite store. That way you get the best of both worlds, kudos for knowing where he likes to shop and the gift of being able to get something of his own choosing on someone elses dollars!
