Well, generally, there are tons of Death-Metal songs out there, the best contributing bands WOULD (probably) be Metallica, Slipknot, and a few KoRn songs...if you concentrate on the crowd of 'suicidal' music, there are thousands of songs, I know of a book on the subject, 'I Hate Myself and Want to Die: A list of the 52 most depressing songs you've ever heard', which goes into detail about WHY they are so depressing. Such artists as Counting Crows and Evanescence. To answer your question directly, I can't think of any songs...

Such a song would be called a 'dirge'.

There is such a beautiful old Irish song called the Bold Fenian Men:

It was down by the glenside, I spied an old woman,
A pluckin' young nettles, she ne'er saw I was coming'
So I listened a while, to the song she was humming,
Glory O, glory O, to the bold Fenian men.

It was fifty long years, since I saw the moon beaming,
On young manly forms, sure they set me heart reeling,
I see them again, in all my life's dreaming,
Glory O, glory O, to the bold Fenian men.

Some died by the wayside, some died with the stranger,
And wise men have told us, that their cause was a failure,
But they loved dear old Ireland, and they never feared danger,
Glory O, glory O, to the bold Fenian men.

So I went on me way, God be praised that I met her,
Be my life long or short, sure I'll never forget her,
We may have great men, but we'll never have better,
Glory O, glory O, to the bold Fenian men.
