Pell grant is the easy part. As long as you have financial need you can get pell grant. I've only have pell for 2 years and it pays for everything.

This is neither hard nor easy. You need to meet the criteria for Pell Grant specified by the Government. You can find them here:

first you have to over 25, unless your parents are dead, you have children, you have served in the military, or you have a handicap of some sort.
other than that, no it's not hard, but they don't give you that much. it depends on how much your education costs.
