I am assuming the double door is an exterior door....you will need to allow 1-1/2" for your threshold and 3/4" for the jamb for the height, and 1-1/2" for the jamb and 3/4" for the t-astrigal for the width. Make your opening 6'4" wide and 7'0" high. You can shim the difference. As for your window, go 3'3" x 6'3".

Most window sizes are the rough in size. If you measure a 3/0x6/0 window you should find it will be 3/4" under. If not add 3/4-1" for insulation and shimming and same for the door.

For the window 3'-2" x 6'-2"
For the door 6'-2 1/2" x 6'-10 1/2"
Whenever I install an exterior door, I put it on a piece of 1/2" plywood. That's so no matter what you decide to use for finish flooring, there will be enough space under the door for a scatter rug or maybe tiles in the door area.

Your window opening should be rough framed a minimum of 1" larger than your window. ie 36"x73". Some builders allow more for new construction taking house settling into account. If you are working on an older house 1" should be fine. As for your door, the standard rough opening height is 82" and allow 1 1/2-2" in width, 82"x72".
