Amnesty International has no official or legal role in conflicts. It does not, for example have any authority under any international treaties or national laws. It is an international political organization that lobbies for and promotes selected causes, promoting its particular vision of human rights.

They basically try to obstruct justice by fighting for captured enemies to get unreasonable privileges and usually condemn countries for holding enemy combatants prisoner during times of war. They are a waste of space.
