Conviction. Sorry. You can move to another state. We do not tie drug crimes to the driver's license.

By the way, felony drug convictions ban you from food stamps for life.

I don't believe there is a statute of limitation on this charge. I believe I'd go to another state and get a new license, but don't turn the old one in to them, because it will pull up on their system.
