Delete cookies, clear your temporary internet folder and history and this will free the space on your hard drive so that you may copy over it. Until you manage to copy over the exsiting material is will never just come off. Of course you can always just completely wipe you hardrive clean but not recomended.

In your browser go to: Tools/Internet Options and then delete cookies, delete files and clear history.

Use a secure shredder (found on tucows.com) is the best way without resorting to a DoD overwrite method on your hard drive.

go in to tools click on internet optins and then you shoud see clear history press that and your done
