No By fuzz I assume you mean police Officers .
This is very degrading term for them .
I think the Police on the whole do a excellent job so try and show a little more respect which they richly deserve .

I was stopped one time back in the early 80's for having a tail light out on my 69 Nova, was given a verbal warning.
it all depends on how you speak to the officer on how they treat you.
