Does anybody know what is true and not true about how to get pregnant? I dont mean the "birds and bees" talk either... I mean what should you look for in your body when it is ovulateing?

Take your temperature every morning. If you feel fine but have a little bit of a fever for no reason, like 100 degrees F, you are ovulating. Your body temperature always rises during ovulation.

Some of the common symptoms of ovulation include mittleschmerz-pain around the ovaries--eggwhite quality cervical mucus, the cervix will be soft high and open.
