This happens @45KM/hr and above speeds, as well the vehicle jumps in a rythamic fasion even on a perfect flat road. I couldn't get much help from bike machanic. He asked me to maintain correct tyre pressure (30psi rear - 20 psi front). but still i get the same jump while ride. Is there something to be done on the engine side? or a Weighted handle bar would reduce vibration? pls help! Thanks in Advance.

Bullet as such is quite heavy enough to absorb the vibrations, there should not be any vibrations ideally even if the bike travels at 100 km/hr.
Check for your tyre's threads - change if neccessary.
Check the shock absorbers, both rear and front. Check for oil seals and oil in the front shock absorber. Since you said its 1992 model it would be good if you could replace them.
Tyre pressure is also very important. The pressure you mentioned may not be enought. I usually maintain 27psi front - 32psi rear.
Check the timings and electrical wiring, as this also has some effect on smooth running.

If you have spokes type wheels then you should get them tuned. If they are mag type rims then get them balanced.
