Do it yourself, lazy bum. If your Miley's #1 fan then you shouldn't be scared to call it. And I would think that it is fake because celebs don't give out their phone numbers.

omg,do it yourself sont be such a scaredy cat.Just be like "hello is miley there?' and if they say no she doesnt live here just hang up and if they say yes see if its really her voice and tell her how you got the number and just be like "hey,whats up?".jeez.and its porbably not her number.
