Not all at once nope!!!
Can roll my tongue, I can eat a whole pizza, I can stand on my tip toes, I can stay up for more than 24 hours, I cant do a crazy dance, I can go a whole day without food, I dont like Twinkies

Eat a whole pizza?: Indeed i can.
Stand on your tip toes without wearing shoes: On the *very* tips of my toes? No. Not even with shoes.
Stay up for more then 24 hours: I have done so, yes.
Do a crazy dance in front of your parents: I cannot dance, and my parents are deceased.
Go a whole day without food: I have done so. (For about three days, if you count my last stay in the hospital.)

No I can't eat a whole pizza, but I can eat 3 pieces.
Yes I can stand up on my tiptoes without wearing shoes because I take dance.
No I can't stay up for more than twenty-four hours.
Yes I can do a crazy dance in front of my parents because they watch me dance at every one of my recitals
No I can't go a whole day without food.
