How do I put news pictures etc. in my pictures folder? I don't see where add to my pictures is.?

Select all the pictures you want to put in there and then press CTRL+X
Open the My Pictures folder and then press CTRL+V

That will move the pictures from the folder they were in to the My Pictures folder

You can either drag and drop your pictures to the picture folder via windows explorer or cut/paste them via windows explorer.
