I don't want to break my bank account by adopting from over seas, but I want success and not just a probability. We really want a little girl

Go back and see you doc and tell him you would like to reverse the vasctomy. Unless they did something wrong during the procedure, it should be easily reversed in the office.

If you are selective, try artificial insemination with a sperm donor. You might consider being a foster parent. There are a lot of beautiful children here in the US who need loving parents. You can meet the little person as a foster child and then move on to adoption. Make sure the child is adoptable before you foster care because you most likely fall in love with the child and never want to give it back.
I have heard about reversing your surgery...but it is tricky and doesn't guarantee anything and especially the sex of the child.

There are billboards around the country offering reverse microsurgery.
You are obviously avoiding the answer that you do not have to be the sperm donor. That is why sperm banks exist. So it is a stumbling block to you. But you are willing to adopt.
There is a constant need for good foster homes. But most people say, "I could not stand to give them back up." So they are saying, "I will not help a child in need."
Examine yourself. Do you want a living doll, a trophy child? Or do you want to enrich your life by helping a small person grow up.
I have to get away from these answers so I can clean house and become a single foster parent. I will not restrict myself to cute little kids. Teenagers need help too.

They can reverse a vasactomy and it works also they can take the sperm from you after that procedure and implant them in your wife to ensure it takes. Oh and the adoption overseas isnt that costly there are grants the federal goverment gives to families who adopt over seas. Plus you could always adopt here in th USA where there are so many children wanting to be adopted.

Adopt from this country. Why can't you adopt a small child instead of an infant?
We have all these childless children that would love to be in a home where they are wanted.

get it reversed. Can i ask why are u particular on having a girl, what if its a boy would you b disappointed?? Any baby is a gift! sounds like its best for you to adopt. Kids are expensive in general!

Don't you have any family or friends that can help you out? Way cheaper then adoption or a reversal.
