you have a trojan horse program that is running in a command shell and calling up all kinds of ads and website. It is a malicious program and needs to be removed. You need to run anti-spyware & anti-virus programs to get this off your system. There are several free ones. Keep finding and running ones until you find one that removes the program. You need to have your entire system scanned for other copies of the program. These have a nasty habit of replacing legimate programs on your system with the malicious program.

You need to get the Yahoo toolbar and it come with a free anti-spyware program.

Install and have it scan you system now!

You can have you system scanned for viruses with this program. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Good Luck
