Whoa Sally...calm down. Its for an Administrative Position in a retirement home. I don't think anybody is setting me up. The job has been open for a while.

Probably neither at this stage. If your resume was required, it would have been requested. Don't show up at this stage either. You will be sent for if you are going to get an interview. Good luck.

Apply in confidence simply means that your application will not be discussed with anybody unconnected to the organisation. As in...confidential.

I would be hesitant to apply. It might be someone setting you up...to steal your information or cause you some sort of harm. Be careful. That is a very weird phrase....and it could mean they are desperate and would hire anyone for the spot....and you are too good for that!

It means they will keep your confidence and not spread the "secret" that you have applied. They will not contact your current employer without your permission.

no it just means apply for this job, we know you can do it. its just a gimmick to get your attention. if they want your resume they ask for it.

yes it does. and have confidence they will contact you and keep info private. all companies do this but wierd that they would state this

I think it means only seriouse applicants....if not I would think send your resume.
