Mmmmm, so many choices leading to so many different outcomes. The paradoxes are mind-boggling. Change one little thing and the world changes so drastically that could we even say it was better for it? Well, you didn't include in your question that the world would have to be a better place after the change, so here goes.....

I would eliminate the discovery of electricity. Obviously that would also eliminate everything that stemmed from that discovery and subsequent technological advances.

People would actually have to think on their own again, instead of relying on machines and computers to do it for them.

I don't know if the world would be better off, but it would be an interesting experiment.

Think about that one for a while.

I don't like the inequality of it all. I don't like the idea that someone works so hard at a convenience store, a custodian, or a sanitation worker, and does not get decent pay for it. I would like to upset the order of things and have the people who are in respected professions given the lowest pay and for those who do menial labor get the highest wages. That way all people get what they most want. Those who want monetary rewards get them for their assiduous labor and those who have the education and means of being in a profession where they are making an impact on others gain the reward of respect for being benefactors of society. As for homelessness, prostitution, those who must beg to live, and those who were never given a chance of education I feel deep sadness for them. I don't like the injustices of the world and I wish that I could give everyone an equal chance to reach their full potential

I would change the one thing I have power to change,
which is also the one thing I believe to be the biggest problem.

With all the things that we all agree need changing in the world, the one thing I would change would be myself, to be a better person.

I believe that if everyone took on this position, the world would be a better person.
