So do I so I researched for hours online and found this site to be extremely helpful. You have to practice what you are going to say. Go to http://careerbuilders.com. Under Job Search Tools click on Career Advice. Go to Getting Hired. It covers everything.

For example,

Seven Things to tell an interviewer.
Top mistakes candidates make.
Eight Tricky interview questions.
Do's and Dont's of handling interview silence
The secret to a perfect handshake.

Good luck

I have been on so many interviews it is driving me crazy. I feel like busting out in tears. I have been job hunting since I graduated college in May and I can't buy a job. I act intelligent enough, I assume, I am told the market is flooded with experienced people and it is hard to get entry-level. I can relate with you though, I got another call this morning, this company has decided not to put a person in the position they were advertising. Now that made me feel 2".

Well, being an old grandma, I have been through many interviews in my life. AND, I am nervous every time. But, I make myself appear confident and calm and answer the questions honestly.

I suggest you ask a parent or friend to be the boss and run you through interview questions and critique you. YOU take it seriously. And, take their criticism and make changes. Or, if you can find someone who is not completely friendly with you, maybe a friend's parent or a neighbor, you might be a little more intimidated and that would be more realistic.

I am excellent in interviews. You just have to be comfortable with yourself and everything will fall into place.
