Go on myspace, go to bars, go to any live music venue. Pretty much anywhere you go. I think we Houstonians are pretty friendly, with a few exceptions... but more than likely if you go out on any given night you'll find someone to talk to. Lately I've been going to live music shows and meet new people everytime I go.
