Bah, I figured Paris Hilton would be a favorite among answers.
While certainly hussy material, Paris is no match for Denise Richards. Let's get the rundown of recent events:
1) Divorces Charlie Sheen and bashes him through the media with made up slander.
2) Almost immediately moves on to steal Heather Locklear's husband (Locklear was apparently Denise's friend).
Sure Paris is conceited, petty and an attention seeker, but I don't recall her ever blatantly hurting people as Denise has done recently. Dammit, I have to stop watching Access Hollywood while eating supper.
edit: Other contenders certainly would be Lindsay Lohan with her "I can be go party and drink if I wanna" attitude along with Angelina Jolie. Angelina's various media stunts disguised as caring philanthropy and the whole being somewhat involved with Brad Pitt while he was married also make me gag a bit.
Jessica Simpson? Despite being a B-grade pop singer that has recently climbed the celebrity popularity ladder via pointless attention-seeking stunts (The Newly-Weds anyone?), I don't mind her all that much. She doesn't seem to have a terrible personality (a bit conceited, but who isn't in Hollywood?), and it seems she is starting a legit acting career now. Finally, it seems that she and Nick broke up mutually and are acting like adults about it (quite unlike the Richards/Sheen divorce).

Geez, all the hatin on Paris. How about Anna Nicole Smith. Marrying an 80somethin old gentleman-who happened to be filthy rich. That is the definition of hussy in my book.
I would give my left nut for a night with Paris though. Okay maybe not....
