To begin with, guppies are tropical fish and need temps of 72-78 degrees. Goldfish are cold water fish and need temps in range of 60-65 degrees. There is no happy medium, if you adjust for one, you are slowly killing the other.

Yes, your tank is woefully overcrowded. The fish will start dying off one by one until there is room for who is left. The rule is, "one inch of small slim fish per gallon of water."

You must also do regular (weekly) partial (25-30%) water changes. Never do 100% changes. In your case, you probably should be doing at least 40% changes every 3-4 days. With that many fish, the ammonia, nitrates and nitrites are building to toxic levels within days. That will be what kills your fish.

You have a current in your 3x6x8 foot pond? All of the goldfish would be better off there.

Baby-juvenile fancy goldfish NEED 10 gallons PER fish. (orandas, black moors, fantails, ryukins)
Baby-juvenile longbodied goldfish NEED 20 gallons PER fish. (comets, commons, shubunkins)
Adult goldfish will NEED 50 gallons PER fish.

Koi need 1000 gallons PER fish and an additional 100 gallons PER extra koi.
If you want your fish to live, put all your goldfish and koi into the pond and just leave the 4 guppies in the 10 gallon tank. Guppies need temps of 78-80 degrees F.
However with that turtle in your pond, all of your fish that you have in there might become his food.

If the 5 baby koi are really small, you can buy a 50 gallon rubbermaid storage tub from a department store for like 10 bucks, and put a filter on it, either one that hangs on the back or a cannister filter and raise your baby koi in that until they are large enough to go in the pond. But DO NOT keep them in that horribly small 10 gallon tank.

when the Koi grow medium size, and you dont want to put them in the pond yet, then your tank will get crowded. You should definately put the goldfish in the pond. fish need space.

Your tank is overcrowded.
You can put your goldfish in your pond. They will be fine.
I have several tanks and ponds.
Your goldfish will get much larger in your pond. They will not grow to their full potential in an overcrowded tank.

A ten gallon tank should only hold 10 1" fish, and this should be done gradaully, only adding 20% maximum capacity at once, in other words you should only add about 2-3 fish at one time. Then waiting 4-6 weeks before adding any more fish. Having 12 fish in their with the potential to grow over 12" each is tank suicide

Yes - your 10g is way overcrowded. I would put the Koi in the pond or they will just be beside themselves (literally) in your 10g.

your tank is over crowded and your koi is the meanest of the goldfish species. you wouldnt want it to be around many other fish.
