why dose coronation street always end in tears with marriage?

Because in soapland everyone is a cheating scumbag who can't resist sleeping with someone who lives on the same street and ideally is related to their spouse. This goes for Eastenders and Emmerdale also. Some other rules of soapland include

Everyone on the square/estate/street must drink in the same pub at least twice a day regardless of how many hours you work a week and even if you absolutely despise the landlord/barmaid.

You must leave for no apparent reason and then come back at least once in your soap career.

If you are going to have a fight with your neighbour be sure to do it in the street or pub. Do not under any circumstances do it in the privacy of home.

There will be one launderette, market, nightclub, pub, chippy, cafe, corner shop within 50 yards of where you live and you will only ever use that place. You must never visit a different one for the entire duration you live there.

You or someone you are related to will either be run over, murdered or blown up in a car lot. This is an inevitable fact of soap life deal with it.
