I would not recommend them. Poor customer service, high turnover, impersonal sales staff.
and the bills get high before you know it.

I have that plan which i do like. But if I could change my cell phone carrier I would.
1. I think there representives have very little customer service skills.
2. There phones are wicked expensive and not even great phones.
3. They never give you a free phone unless you sign up for a 2 year contract, which means if a new phone comes out and you want to upgrade you have to pay FULL price, even though you are a customer.
4. Once you pay the phone at full price they extend your contract from that purchase date.
5. I don't get service in my mom's house and sometimes while I am traveling.
6. If there is something wrong with your phone, by no fault of your own they will send you a new phone btu will cahrge you $10 for shipping fees.
7. If you purchase songs or wallpapaers on your phone if you buy a new phone T-mobile will not send you these songs or wallpapers to your new phone even though you paid for them.
Cingular supposeldy bought T-mobile so do some more research. I would compare plans and then ask Cingular what they would honor with your contract to T-Mobile.

I have had T-Mobile since 2001 and only had great experiences with them. For my daughter I use the plan that you are talking about. It works great for her. For me I use a lot more minutes due to work so I carry a larger plan. The connection when I was in CA it was great. But now I am on the east coast in the mountains and its okay. For the service I have received from the them I will not go to another company. I hope this helps.

I used to work for t-mobile as well as at&t efor they sold out and while T-mobile is a horrible place to work I loved thier service and there prices and they dont have a lot of hidden charges like other companies everything is included. The only down fall I know of is that the phones they come out with are usualy less no as well built as models for other companies so I sugest geting insurance

I have some friends that have it. They think that it is okay. I'm not sure where you are from, but I find that Verizon has the best reception in Southern California. It is a little more pricey than T-Mobile but worth it to me. Nextel used to be good until they sold out to Sprint. Sprint is the worst ever in reception, customer service and service plans.

Been with T Mobile since '97 [they were called Omnipoint then]. Great customer service, great technical support and really good coverage in my area.

Pretty much yes, I live in atlanta and the service seems to have pretty good coverage, they unfortunately changed their average agreements to a two year period to get the best deals, but i haven't had problems with them.
