I am not sure of the question... vote for the presidential elections, or what? Voting on fear... exactly what is that. I think I know what you mean and that is.. in the upcoming elections, how many of you will vote OUT OF FEAR of what is happening.. If that is it, then YES, I will vote out of fear.. not for the enemy but for what is happening in the U.S... The economic situation is deteriorating fast.. the eduation system is an absolute disaster and our politics in fighting terror is a disaster.. We are being invaded from the south by Mexicans and too many of our politicians only look at it as a way to get votes..SO YES... I am afraid and will try to vote out criminals such as those who are running for office just to satisfy their own ego.

Some parties use fear to motivate their base, and it worked. Now we are seeing the results of failed policies and bad moves from fear voting. We need reasonable people in office that think before they act.

Like fear of the GOP 'fascism' that is promoted on this site?
How about fear of Bush's 'war for oil'?
Or fear about Bush's 'conspiracy to cause 9/11'?
Or the fear about Bush's next invasions in Iran and North Korea?
There's plenty of fear being bandied about on both sides. But only one side seems to be honoring the threats that our enemies have made. And it isn't the Democrats.

I think the majority of people will vote on fear.
Fear of what the opposition party will do to them once they get in power. Be Afraid!
Those without fear will vote their hatred.

Terrorism will never end, no one wins. I vote based on what I want to happen and whom I think will make as much of it come true as possible.

everyone should study the wiki definition of propaganda so maybe, just maybe they will start to at least take a second look at whats coming through the TV and playing on their emotions and fear and misdirecting them from the pertinent issues.
