I always see people cleaning WalMart bathrooms. I've even seen people clean mall bathrooms. (Or at least standing within a reasonable distance holding a mop!) lmao... but, I have NEVER, EVER seen ANYONE, EVER clean a nasty! poo in fested Target bathroom - EVER!!! (And it shows!!!!) Be real, have you??

Those employees don't care about the restrooms anymore. Target restrooms are going the way of "KMart" condition with filth and undesirable smells when you enter. Difficult trying to report it because most of the SF Bay Area employees cannot understand English very well. I pray that someone puts a policy in place where the restrooms have an attendant to constantly clean up, just like casinos in Las Vegas.

I always wondered why some store chain are always bad is it the way they build the restrooms or tthe quality of people they hire?

Can they be any worse than the mall restrooms? Those are the filthiest along with park/playground restrooms.
