yes he does
he is healthy this year and has been spectacular in the pre season, he has no number one receiver but he has 5 good number 2 receivers which i beleive together can be a deadly receing corp. They have Westbrook, Brown, Pinkston, Avant, Baskett, Lewis, and McCants. The offensive line is better so the running game will flourish allowuing the passing game to open up. McNabb will also be 25 pounds lighter allowing him to move out of the pocket and run while making throws on the run. I beleive he is third behind Brady and Manning.
#1- Peyton Manning
#2- Tom Brady
#3- Donovan McNabb
#4- Matt Hasselback
#5- Carson Palmer
#6- Jake Delhome
#7- Byron Leftwich
#8- Eli Manning
#9- Steve McNair
#10- Ben Roethlisburger
#11- Trent Green
#12- Daunte Culepepper
#13- Brad Johnson
#14- Drew Bledsoe
#15- Mark Brunell

If not top 5, very close. He is a fierce competitor and has loads of talent. In no particular order, I like Steve McNair, Carson Palmer, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Ben Roethisberger as top 5. McNabb is one of the best, no doubt.

4. McNabb
5. Matt Hasselbeck
U never know if Carson Palmer will be a one - hit wonder, so I'm keeping him off the list for now.

Manning
Brady
Palmer
McNabb
Delhomme & Hasselbeck tie
.
Favre is one of the all time greats, but right now he's not top 5 in the league. He should have retired after the 4th & 26 game in Philly a few years ago.

McNabb is somewhere between 3rd and 5th best.
I agree that Manning & Brady are higher. I'd put Delhomme and Hasselback very high.
Below this group are guys who used to rate higher, like Favre, Bledsoe, Brunell, and Culpepper. There are guys who haven't reached the elite yet, but might, like Vick & Leftwich.

Nope - McNabb is over rated and is a bust. No way is he in the top five guy. Manning, Brady, Vick, Favre,Trent Green, Palmer, Hasselback, Delhomme and Drew Brees are all way more dangerous. Eli may even come into his own this year so you can add him on too.
