How you can wake up at precisely the same time, ever day.. no matter what time you went to bed..

Do you know how this works?
Its almost as if we have a clock in our brains, that runs without us even knowing..

It is not just about waking, many capabilities are remaining to be discovered within us !
The famous Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi ( Indian 'Father of the Nation' famed person), could actually wake up at a pre-decided time, like 45 minutes , 90 minutes, after going to sleep , etc.... (Since his truthfulness was world wide known, this can be reasonably relied upon, to look at as a possibility).

I have no internal clock at all. I can sleep anywhere from 10 to 14 hours on the weekends and need two alarm clocks to get me out of the bed during the week.

I wish the clock in my brain would figure out how to wake up to an alarm clock. If I don't sleep for at least 4 hours, I don't hear it.

Its our Biological clock. Our bodies get used to a rythm that has to be followed on a daily basis. It can even be related to hunger, sleep, or other related activites. Take my night time girlfriend for example. She automatically wakes up every 2am for her nightly booty call. Sometimes when I don't call her at 2 she actually calls me to remind me of our nightly appointment. If she didn't have this biological clock her timing would all be screwed up and she would call me in the middle of the day. I cannot stress to you enough of how much hell I would be in with my Daygirlfriend if this ever happened. Biological clocks RULE!!!

I wake up between 4:47 and 4:53 everyday. But it is not the clock in my brain that does it......it's the clock in my bladder. LOL!

Yah know i asked that same question to myself just this morning no BS. There are several times i wake up at 6:00 am. I go to sleep pretty late too. But for some odd reason i always wake up around that same time. Usually i fall back to sleep after a while. I don't know how it works but yeah it is kinda weird.

Our internal clock. It's like muscle memory you do it enough times, it's going to know what to do without you telling it.
